Can I try ClearCalcs for free?

You sure can - your first 30 days comes fully loaded with all the features our top tier has to offer. Once your trial has ended you’ll have the option to continue on our free plan, or upgrade your account with a subscription on one of our paid plans.

How hard is it to get started in ClearCalcs?

We made ClearCalcs to be as easy and painless to use as possible - you can get started in minutes with no install required.

All of our calculations have comprehensive how to use and help documentation, and you can click any field for calculation details and references.

When am I billed by ClearCalcs?

Users who have opted into a paid plan will be billed either monthly or yearly depending on the billing preference they select when they sign up. If you add or remove seats during your billing term, you will be charged or credited pro-rata for those licenses (i.e. we’ll charge the difference, or give you a credit to your next bill).

Can I share licenses?

Our usage based plans beam that you can now have unlimited users in any account. So invite as many team mates as you like! For those who prefer our user based plans, we've made ClearCalcs licenses affordable and per engineer so every engineer can always have access and be productive.

Team licenses come in packs of 5 after the first user, so you can easily add as many new users as you need, so no one needs to waste time waiting license to free up. We offer great rates for larger teams, contact us to discuss.

What payment methods do you accept?

ClearCalcs accepts most major credit cards. Do you have a large team? Talk to us about invoice billing.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your subscription at anytime. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

We do offer a short grace period if you meet the requirements laid out in our terms and conditions.

What happens to my data after the trial?

If you have not upgraded to a paid subscription at the end of your trial, you will automatically be placed into our free plan. This will still give you access to any designs you've already created but other platform functionality may be limited.

What happens to my data if I stop using ClearCalcs?

Your data will remain stored on the ClearCalcs platform and still be accessible at any time by logging back into ClearCalcs.

However, after a reasonable time of being inactive we may notify you of our intention to delete some or all of your remaining data in line with our terms and conditions or at your request as described in our privacy policy
