You'll still have access to your data but you'll need to upgrade your account with a subscription on one of our paid plans to unlock full functionality again. When am I billed by ClearCalcs?
Users who have opted into a paid plan will be billed either monthly or yearly depending on the billing preference they select when they sign up. If you add or remove seats during your billing term, you will be charged or credited pro-rata for those licenses (i.e. we’ll charge the difference, or give you a credit to your next bill).
Can I share licenses?
All ClearCalcs licenses operate on a floating concurrency model – that is, they are shared by default. You can add as many users as you would like to ClearCalcs; however, only as many users may be logged in simultaneously as the number of licenses you have. IT and billing administrators do not count towards your limit.

What payment methods do you accept?
ClearCalcs accepts most major credit cards. We also offer invoice billing for large teams and multi year plans. Talk to us about invoice billing.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your subscription at anytime. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
We do offer a short grace period if you meet the requirements laid out in our terms and conditions.
What happens to my data after the trial?
If you have not upgraded to a paid subscription at the end of your trial, you will automatically be placed into our free plan. This will still give you access to any designs you've already created but other platform functionality may be limited.
What happens to my data if I stop using ClearCalcs?
Your data will remain stored on the ClearCalcs platform and still be accessible at any time by logging back into ClearCalcs.
However, after a reasonable time of being inactive we may notify you of our intention to delete some or all of your remaining data in line with our terms and conditions or at your request as described in our privacy policy
